Dazu geh\u00f6rt auch die spektakul\u00e4re Ponta da Piedade, etwas au\u00dferhalb von Lagos.<\/p>\n<p>Silves, die ehemalige maurische Hauptstadt der Algarve, erhebt sich rund um die roten Steinmauern einer der am besten erhaltenen Burgen der Algarve. Es kr\u00f6nt den H\u00fcgel und dominiert die Ebenen und die Ufer des Flusses Arade.
