Vest\u00edgios romanos e \u00e1rabes mesclando-se com os sinais mais recentes do cristianismo, dos quais os numerosos castelos medievais s\u00e3o apenas um exemplo.<\/p>\n<p>Percorreremos vastos campos de trigo e vinhas onde o verde intenso e o dourado caracterizam as plan\u00edcies e onde, na primavera, os campos s\u00e3o atapetados com milh\u00f5es de flores silvestres para deleitar os olhos.<\/p>\n<p>Vemos vastos campos pontilhados de sobreiros ou oliveiras com manadas de animais a pastar, vacas, ovelhas ou por vezes porcos que habitualmente desfrutam da sombra das \u00e1rvores.<\/p>\n<p>As aldeias com as suas casas caiadas de branco deslumbram os olhos.<\/p>\n<p>As pessoas aqui t\u00eam muito orgulho de sua heran\u00e7a e preservam os edif\u00edcios antigos e tamb\u00e9m as pr\u00e1ticas antigas.
